Daily Prompt: All About...Us

We never wrote anywhere on the blog how we came up with the name…so the daily prompt is a good excuse.

Explain why you chose your blog’s title and what it means to you.

Back in March 2011, Alex had this idea of starting to write about our travels. We were about to leave for London. And it took a bit of a brainstorming session to come up with it. Looking and Walking… so there you have it: Look’n'walk.

As for our Logo, you can blame that one on me. I actually drew it on a piece of paper and then scanned it for Alex to work his magic in a photo-editing software.

The blog is all about us: our lifestyle, our travels, our struggles.. how we manage to joggle our marriage , our jobs and our passions.

We value options versus possessions, we prefer local information over received information, we pack light and keep things simple, we slow down and enjoy the experience and we love to share what we’ve learned with others.
